Kitchen Renovation # 1
Completed with Morris Home Repair. They removed the existing kitchen and re-configured it with pre-fabricated cabinets. They custom made the hood over the stove and installed new lighting, plumbing and fixtures. This is certainly a kitchen that they were proud to install and the owners were proud to own.
Completed with Morris Home Repair. These are custom made oak cabinets that they built, stained and installed. The previous kitchen was only half the size and therefore they removed the dividing wall to open the space. The lighting was then installed in a bulkhead that surrounded the upper cabinets. The end result was a much warmer, open kitchen with a polished modern look.
Kitchen Renovation #3
Completely custom made with Morris Home Repair. They designed the new layout adding a pantry, and increased the hight of the upper cabinets to maintain maximum storage space. They also custom made the hood over the stove and picked a soft neutral palette that was friendly to potential buyers.
Bathroom Renovation
Full renovation with Morris Home Repair. They installed tile from floor to ceiling to keep things clean and uniform. The chocolate brown subway tiles were added along the walls and floor to tie the accents together. They installed a luxurious soaker tub and two sinks to make this the perfect bathroom for any couple.
Living Room Home Staging
This room had great potential but was poorly configured. By changing the position of the sofa's from facing each other to an "L" shape it was the perfect solution. It opened up traffic flow to the dining area and made sitting less confrontational and more comfortable.
Condo Living Room Home Staging
Lighting plays a major part in determining a rooms feel and creating the right ambiance. By updating the lighting in the dining area, and adding some warm inviting accessories it made this once dated dining room a place where anyone would want to be.
Condo Kitchen Home Staging
This kitchen had great potential but needed some work. The hardware were brass knobs, the counters a floral laminate and the appliances were all white. By simply updating the appliances, counters and hardware, this kitchen went from a liability to an asset.
Condo Bedroom Home Staging
This condo appeals to a young single urban professional and therefore Ginette catered to that taste. This bedroom was now appealing to both male and female potential buyers.
Condo Bathroom Home Staging
This bathroom had an old beige cultured stone counter top that extended over the toilet. Above was a large mirror that covered the entire wall framed by a fluorescent light. By removing the old counter top and replacing it with a surface mount sink and modern faucet it completely changed the room. These small investments are sure to bring great return.
Ginette Decorative Painting
This a service provided by Sapphire Staging & Design. To the left you can see the stripes behind the vanity. This required a great deal of precise measuring and taping. The stripes are painted with a metallic paint that can give a great effect to the right room. Ginette gives great care and attention while painting and prides herself in her abilities.

As you can see, Ginette has done the hands on work and she knows what it takes to complete a project and do it right. Her passion is Home Staging & Design and the skills she has acquired have helped make her a better designer.
